“The office staff and the professionals treat each client like a VIP - very individualized treatment and all hands on deck. I am being treated for a dislocated shoulder I suffered from a car accident and Yelena (my PT) is treating it with a measure of care, balancing my needs for flexibility with assisted stretches and adaptable exercises, my need for strength with resistance, and ultrasound therapy, electrostimulation, massage, heat and ice. I feel improvements in my shoulder although it was badly injured a month and a half ago. Ingrid who works the front desk is more of an office manager than a receptionist. She handles all the scheduling, confirmation calls, and rescheduling appointments too. In addition, she sets the welcoming atmosphere for the office as the 1st point of contact when you arrive for treatment. E.M. Therapeutics Encino is a great place. I recommend it very highly!”
